MARCH 7 Greening of the Fountain in Forsyth Park 12pm. MARCH 7 Annual March of Dimes Shamrock Run begins and ends in City Market. 6pm. 354-5900. MARCH 8 Tara Feis Irish Festival in Emmet Park (east end of Bay Street), presented by the City of Savannah's Department of Cultural Affairs. Free and open to the public. 11am - 5pm.
